Guaranteed claim with us and, if the claim is approved, we'll honor
the lower rate, plus give you an additional 10% of the difference
between the rates. Here's how it works:

must have an "Exclusive Rate" logo next to it) on our site and get
a reservation confirmation number from us via e-mail.
- If you find a lower rate on another website,
submit an online Guarantee
Claim Form within 24 hours of booking your original

- The lower rate on the other website, which we
need to be able to verify, must be for the same hotel, same room
type, same number of guests, same dates, in the same currency (US
Dollars), and must be publicly viewable and bookable on the other

- If we can verify that your claim meets all the
rules for our Lowest Prices - Guaranteed program, as well as our
Lowest Prices - Guaranteed Terms
and Conditions, we'll honor the lower rate, plus give you an

- Our "Lowest Prices - Guaranteed" program applies
to a prepaid room reserved on our "Site" at an Exclusive Rate
branded with our "Exclusive Rate" logo. Our Exclusive Rates are
the lowest prices publicly available to leisure-travel consumers
on the Internet when compared to the same lodging products
available on other websites.

- Here's how our Lowest Prices - Guaranteed claim process
works:
- Before asserting a Lowest Prices - Guaranteed claim, you
must have booked a prepaid room on our Site at an Exclusive Rate
and received a valid reservation confirmation number from us.
- You must submit the claim that you found a lower rate on
another website by completing and submitting the online Guarantee
Claim Form within 24 hours of booking your original
reservation with us.
- We must be able to verify the lower rate on the other
website. The lower rate on the other website must be for the
same hotel, same room type, same number of guests, same dates,
in the same currency (US Dollars), and must be publicly viewable
(i.e., the general public must be able to view the rate on the
website) and bookable (i.e., the rate is currently available and
can be reserved online) via the Internet. For a multiple-night
stay, the total room cost for the stay will be evaluated in
determining whether the other website has a lower rate.
- We must be able to verify, to our satisfaction, that your
claim meets all conditions of our Lowest Prices - Guaranteed
program and these Terms and Conditions, and that it has been
submitted properly.
- For purposes of our Lowest Prices - Guaranteed program, the
Exclusive Rate includes the room rate only and does not include
any taxes or tariffs (i.e. federal, state, provincial, local, or
otherwise), or any guest fees or charges that may be imposed by
a hotel on a guest's stay.
- Provided you meet all of the conditions herein, we will
honor the lower rate found on the other website, plus give you
an additional 10% of the difference between the rates, provided
the lower rate is not then offered under our Lowest Prices -
Guaranteed Exclusive Rates. However, if a new Exclusive Rate
becomes available to us, which is equal to or lower than the
rate on the other website, that rate will be applied to your
reservation, and any claim under our Lowest Prices - Guaranteed
program will not be honored
- The standard Lowest Prices - Guaranteed claims processing
time for a legitimate, non-excluded claim is 24 hours. Any rate
change is not effective until you receive confirmation via
e-mail, which will also provide details regarding your refund
(no refund will be processed for any reservation for which
payment in full is not received).
- If your hotel stay begins before e-mail confirmation is
received from us, the original Exclusive Rate will remain in
effect.

- The terms of our Lowest Prices - Guaranteed program do not
apply to the following rates or offers which may be found on
another website:
- Any special rates that are available only to members of
membership clubs or programs, negotiated rates, corporate rates,
convention/group rates, wholesale rates, affinity/
association/government rates, rates that require
coupon/certificate redemption, rates that are part of a travel
package, deal, or bundle which includes more than hotel
accommodations, such as parking, meals, entertainment, etc.;
- Rates offered without the specific hotel and location being
disclosed until the consumer completes the booking process; or
- Any other special or promotional offers or
discounts

- The terms of our Lowest Prices - Guaranteed program do not
apply to the following rates or offers which may be found on our
Site:
- Reservations for rates that are not identified as Exclusive
Rates requiring pre-payment at the time of booking;
- Any other special or promotional offers or discounts; or
- Rates for hotel stays during holidays and special events,
such as New Year's, the Super Bowl, Mardi Gras, JazzFest,
etc.

- No cash or other substitution, assignment, or transfer of a
Lowest Prices - Guaranteed Exclusive Rate shall be permitted,
except as expressly set forth herein.

- Offer void where prohibited by law. We reserve the right to
modify, alter, suspend, or terminate our Lowest Prices -
Guaranteed program at any time without prior notice at our sole
discretion. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to
disqualify any individual or entity found to be tampering with our
Lowest Prices - Guaranteed process or operation of the program, or
to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions, our Terms
of Use (which are incorporated herein by reference), or in a
fraudulent, disruptive, or deceptive manner).

- Any claim that is determined to be incomplete, inaccurate, or
is otherwise determined to be fraudulent, disruptive, or
deceptive, in our sole discretion, will not be honored and will be
disqualified and denied automatically without further
communication with consumer. We will only honor one qualifying
claim (the first qualifying claim you submit) per reservation/per
hotel hereunder. Multiple claims per reservation, or any claims
following your first qualifying claim, will be disqualified and
denied automatically without further communication with
consumer.
